We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 days within Australia depending on the destination indicated. Express Post delivery where available is available within 2-3 working days.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
Goods are normally required to be signed for, so we suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace.
We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. No compensation will be tendered in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
